Our products

• We offer a curated range of outdoor power equipment and backup power solutions, including snow blowers, generators and related equipment, supplied by selected partners.
• Specifications, power output and features are listed for each model on its product page. Please check that the model suits your needs and intended use before ordering.
• We describe products as accurately as possible. Photos are for illustration, and the appearance of a model may differ slightly from the images.

Placing an order

Completing checkout is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. All orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will tell you and refund that item in full.

Prices

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). The total shown at checkout is the final amount, with free delivery across Canada included and no hidden extras. If a genuine pricing error is found before dispatch, we may cancel the order and refund you in full instead of shipping it at the incorrect price.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout and processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. More information is in our Payment Policy.

Delivery

We deliver free of charge anywhere in Canada. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days (1–2 business days of handling plus 2–5 business days in transit), and may take a little longer for northern, remote and rural addresses. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns

You may return an order within 14 days of delivery. After approval, we email you a prepaid return label, and your refund is processed within 7 days of receiving the item. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a Canadian consumer under applicable federal and provincial law, including British Columbia’s Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the price paid for the product concerned.

Privacy and cookies

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. The site uses cookies to function, remember your preferences and understand overall usage.

Intellectual property
