Changed your mind? No problem. Here is how to cancel an order, how long you have, and what happens if your order has already been prepared or shipped.

Your cancellation window

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

If your order is being packed

If packing has already started, we will do our best to stop the order before it leaves, but we cannot guarantee it. If it ships anyway, you are fully protected by our Return & Refund Policy once it arrives.

If your order has shipped

Orders that have left us cannot be cancelled, as they are already with the carrier. If you no longer want the items, you can return them within 14 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us first and we will guide you.

Your refund

When a cancellation is confirmed, we refund the full amount to your original payment method automatically. Refunds are usually issued within 7 days of confirmation, and your bank may need another 2–5 business days to display them.
