Paying at Canoudsa is simple and secure. All card payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection. This page explains which payment methods we accept, how your details are protected and what to do if a payment fails.

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). The checkout total is final and already includes free delivery across Canada.

Stripe security

Card payments are handled directly by Stripe, one of the world’s most trusted payment processors. You enter your card details on Stripe’s secure payment form, so Canoudsa never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe is certified PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level in the payments industry.

SSL encryption

The entire site, including checkout, uses 256-bit SSL encryption, so all information you send us travels over a secure connection.

If a payment fails

A declined payment is usually caused by one of the following:

• Card number, expiry date or security code entered incorrectly
• Insufficient funds on the card
• 3D Secure verification with your bank not completed
• Your bank blocking the transaction for review

Check your details and try again, or use another card. When a payment fails, nothing is charged and no order is created.

Authorisation and charges

Your card is authorised when you complete checkout and charged once your order is confirmed. You then receive an order confirmation email, followed by a dispatch email with your tracking link.

Clear pricing

The price you see is the price you pay. There are no delivery charges, card surcharges or hidden costs at checkout for Canadian orders. Refunds always go back to your original payment method; see our Return & Refund Policy.

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection, and we never see or store your full card number.

Can I pay in another currency?

Checkout is in CAD only. Your bank may convert from your currency at its own exchange rate.
