Orders & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Canada, including all provinces and territories. We do not ship internationally yet.
How long will delivery take?
3–7 business days across Canada (1–2 business days of handling plus 2–5 in transit). Northern, remote and rural areas may take a little longer.
What is the daily order cut-off?
2:00 p.m. PT. Orders placed later are treated as received the next business day.
How can I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is delivery free?
Yes, on every order within Canada, with no minimum spend.
Payment
Which payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed securely by Stripe.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. The site uses 256-bit SSL encryption, and Stripe holds PCI Service Provider Level 1 certification.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The checkout total, including free delivery across Canada, is the final price.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Free returns within 14 days of delivery on new, unused items.
How do I request a return?
Email contact@canoudsa.shop with your order number. After approval, we email you a prepaid return label.
Do I pay for return shipping?
No. Return shipping is covered by the prepaid label we send you.
Is there a restocking fee?
No, never.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, on new, unused items within the same 14-day window.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund at no cost to you.
When will I get my refund?
Within 7 days of receiving your return, plus 2–5 business days for your bank.
Products & Maintenance
Are your products new?
Yes. Every product we sell is brand new and supplied in its original manufacturer packaging. Full specifications are listed on each product page.
How should I maintain my equipment?
In general, follow the manufacturer’s manual, use the recommended fuel and oil, check the machine before each season and store it in a clean, dry place. Always check the details on the product page and in the owner’s manual, as maintenance requirements vary between models.
